- Equipment schedule — model designations kept in their original China-market form so that specifications and certificates can be matched exactly.
- Design basis — load calculation method, zoning approach and the ventilation / dehumidification strategy for the destination climate.
- Installation documentation — process standards, commissioning records and the two-season installer training and certification programme.
- Packing and shipping — consolidated packing lists, spare-parts planning and documentation for customs clearance.
- Certification status — a written statement of certificates already held and those still required for the destination market.
