All documents on this page are held and publicly displayed by Hangzhou Yongyao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. as an authorized YORK distributor.
Brand authorization: one certificate per year, FY14 to FY26
YORK brand authorization is issued per fiscal year by Johnson Controls-YORK (China) Trading Co., Ltd. and renewed every October. Yongyao's certificate series begins in FY14 and runs through FY26 — thirteen consecutive authorization years, with no year missing. Representative certificates in the published archive include the FY14 authorized dealership for household and commercial air-conditioning equipment, the FY14 and FY15 authorized dealerships for mid-market products, the FY16 VIP dealership, the FY17 dealership, the FY18 authorized fan-coil stocking distributor, the FY20 and FY21 VIP dealerships, the FY21 YORK retail stocking distributor and the FY23 dealership certificate.
The role has expanded over the same period: from authorized dealer, to regional retail stocking distributor, to factory-authorised after-sales service provider. The company has also been certified as a Johnson Controls (China) Authorized Channel Service Provider for multiple years, including 2019, 2020, 2021, 2025 and 2026.

Patents, test reports and certification documents
Our public archive includes brand-related patent certificates, third-party test reports and CCC (3C) certification reports. These are YORK brand-related certificates displayed publicly by Yongyao in its capacity as an authorized distributor; they are not Yongyao's own patents. The same applies to the five-star hotel projects referenced in our project portfolio, which are YORK brand projects.
Additional company-level documents on file include the AAA Enterprise Credit Rating Certificate and the 2021 Enterprise Standard Leader Certificate for residential air-cooled chilled/hot water (heat pump) units.
Installed capability behind the documents
700 m² of office and showroom space at CCCC Fortune Plaza in Gongshu District, Hangzhou; a 3,000 m² warehousing and logistics centre for forward stocking, batch supply and spare-parts allocation; a 500 m² training centre where installation process drills and technology training take place, with installation certification refreshers held twice a year in winter and summer; and a 36-person technical team, all certified.
What we can and cannot confirm today
We can confirm China-market brand authorization, the documents above, our project history and our supply and service capability. Country-specific mandatory certification and energy labels for Southeast Asian destinations — for example SNI in Indonesia, TISI in Thailand, CR and VNEEP in Vietnam, ST/SIRIM in Malaysia, PS/ICC in the Philippines and NEA/MELS in Singapore — are handled market by market, generally with a local importer as applicant. We will state plainly which certificates are already held and which are pending for your destination before any quotation is issued.
