On the evening of 3 November 2026, the awards dinner of the 2026 Johnson Controls Channel Dealer Conference was held at the Conrad Chongqing. Hangzhou Yongyao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. received the "2026 Excellent Dealer Champion Award (IWE Residential Business)", while its subsidiary Zhejiang Yongyao Lichuang Trading Co., Ltd. received the "Excellent Dealer Diamond Award" — one group, two trophies.
Focus Takes You Far: the annual conference that brings the national channel together
The dinner carried the visual theme "Focus Takes You Far, Walk Steadily Into the Future". Dealer representatives from across the country attended, and Ms. Lu Shen, Vice President of Johnson Controls and General Manager of Products for Asia-Pacific, was present. As Johnson Controls' annual conference for its national channel system, the event was both a review of the previous cycle and a statement of direction for the next stage of cooperation.
At the entrance, Zhou Haiyong, General Manager of Hangzhou Yongyao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., walked in with the Hangzhou–Jiaxing–Huzhou dealer team, with applause along both sides. This team from Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Huzhou is the backbone of the Yongyao group's service network in northern Zhejiang.
One group, two names: from Hangzhou–Jiaxing–Huzhou to Ningbo–Zhoushan
The Yongyao group was called to the stage twice at the dinner.
The screen showed "2026 Excellent Dealer — Champion Award", with the business line marked "IWE Residential Business" and the recipient listed as "Hangzhou Yongyao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd." Ms. Hou Sushan, Vice President of Johnson Controls and President for Asia-Pacific, presented the trophy to Zhou Haiyong.
At the same event, Zhejiang Yongyao Lichuang Trading Co., Ltd. received the "Excellent Dealer Diamond Award".
Both companies belong to the Yongyao group with a clear division of responsibility: Hangzhou Yongyao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. is the parent company, responsible for Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Huzhou; Zhejiang Yongyao Lichuang Trading Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary, responsible for Ningbo and Zhoushan. The two territories do not operate in isolation — together they form one continuous service belt from northern Zhejiang to the eastern coastal area, covering five cities: Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing, Huzhou and Zhoushan.
For a regional stocking distributor, the value of this parent–subsidiary split is response speed: supply, technical, training and after-sales requests raised by an authorized specialist store are handled directly by the nearest regional team.
What the Champion Award measures: more than one year's sales
In the YORK water-ecosystem central air conditioning dealer honours system, the Champion Award ranks first, followed by the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Growth awards. The existence of several parallel categories itself shows that the evaluation is not based on sales volume alone.
For Yongyao, the Champion Award is familiar. The company's published honours record includes the "2024 Johnson Controls Excellent Dealer Champion Award" and the "Annual Champion Award at the 2024 Johnson Controls Asia-Pacific Dealer Conference". Since then the Champion Award has remained in the Hangzhou–Jiaxing–Huzhou region for several consecutive years — and at the 2026 Johnson Controls Channel Dealer Conference, the name was called once again. Winning it repeatedly means Yongyao's position has been reconfirmed in the brand owner's annual evaluation system.
The subsidiary's Diamond Award at the same conference adds a further layer: the Yongyao group's performance on both the Hangzhou–Jiaxing–Huzhou and Ningbo–Zhoushan fronts was visible to the brand owner.
From authorization to partnership: a path of more than ten years
Yongyao has held YORK brand authorization since FY14, granted by Johnson Controls-YORK (China) Trading Co., Ltd., reaching thirteen consecutive authorization years by FY26. Its role has grown from authorized dealer to regional retail stocking distributor and factory-authorised after-sales service provider: not only selling equipment, but also providing supply assurance, technical training and after-sales support to the authorized specialist stores in the region.
The timeline makes the point. Zhou Haiyong, General Manager of Hangzhou Yongyao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., has spent more than 20 years in the HVAC industry, from construction sites to channel systems, and has lived through the full journey of water-system central air conditioning in Zhejiang from a niche product to a mainstream one.
